Post : Technical Support Representative.(voice account)
Company : A leading callcenter.
Salary : Rs 8,5000-18,000 (negotiable for experienced) Rs 8,500 (freshers)
Timings : Will have to work in shifts(Including Night shifts)
Qualifications : CCNA or MCSE certified and excellent command over English with neutral accent. Good communication skills. People with experience in networking or callcenters preferred.
Nature of work : Will have to deal with routers and switches of a leading manufacturer. It will be a B2B account. Will have to be well versed in networking, routers,switches etc.
