TECH MAHINDRA INTERVIEW ON 15th FEBRUARY

Hai,

It  was  my  first  interview  and  as  usual  I  was  very  tensed .But  I  thank  to  Freshersworld.com, to  my  seniors ,my  professors and to my parents who gave me all the support  either  moral or  technical to get prepared for the interview .I specially thank god ,who is my inner strength, my guiding force  and always helps me to keep myself calm. Just because of these supports I could prepare myself for the interview. The TECH MAHINDRA interview included
1. ONLINE Aptitude test
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview

There were totally 160 candidates in all. Out of these 80 got selected for the Technical and 48 for the HR. Finally 46 got selected which was, a history created in DATTA MEGHE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING.

Aptitude includes five sections:

1 . English (Comprehension, fill in the blanks,etc-3_sections)

2 . Puzzles and logical reasoning (verbal and non verbal-2_sections)

Since the apti was ONLINE be careful to ask the rules from the person describing it. It happened that some didn’t knew the rules and got disqualified there. According to ours the rules were :

1. A user id and password will be given to you to establish your link to the paper. You are first required to enter personal details then a page displaying five links appear as was ours .
2. Then click on a link but be careful because if you don’t like it you won’t get another chance to solve it.
3. After completing a link go to OK then FINISH. Then comes the home page where you can establish the second link.
4. Just remember to note down your answers as well as the links you complete.

Don’t worry for the questions because they are very easy and some basic problems from S.DEVI and GEORGE J. SUMMERS will built up your basic. The English is the most easiest part so try completing it faster. No individual cut offs were there.

Then there was the technical. The person there was very helpful and kind. He continuously appreciated me for whatever I said. The technical comprised of mostly HR questions and he may tell you to write one or two C-Programs. Be careful to update yourself with the current affairs. If you don’t know something admit it but never bluff. If you cleared the technical 90 percent of the job is done. If your performance is very good enough in technical your HR will just be a formality for you as it was mine though they don’t disclose to you.

 
I was finally selected. So friends be prepared to join Tech Mahindra as it has a high package and having a employee friendly environment providing you all facilities even if you are interested in extra curricular.
