SIEMEN-Placement Paper-5 July 2005-Bangalore
Hi,
I had attended Siemens(on M.G. Rd) written test on this Tuesday(5th July). It
was through employee referral(others who came were turned away, they just
got their resume and that's all). The paper had
1) 20 Analytical questions for 15 min
2) 20 Logical reasoning for 15 min (RS Agarwal is enough)
3) 20 tech ques (for 15 min) from OS(semaphores, multithreading, multitasking),
Data Structures, etc.(very easy, can finish quickly)
4) A single ques as follows: (for 20 marks)
BCP is an organization that likes to bridge the companies and the colleges for
campus recruitment. Suggest a method that would help them conduct the
interviews.
(i) Write assumptions
(ii) Give the algorithm used, block diagram and flow diagram.
(iii) Give result of architecture. Provide all sorts of possibilities for
solving this problem and show that your approach is the best.
This is all I remeber, I couldn't complete the paper in time. If anybody else
remembers more questions, do post it for others to refer.
All the questions except the big one(refer pt 4) had multiple choice ques. And
there was NEGATIVE marking.
