TCS PAPER ON 25th JULY AT TRIVANDRUM HI friends, i am happy to say that i got placed in TCS,one of the global IT company.... TEST PATTERN: (ONLINE TEST)
1)verbal section:10 antonyms,10 synonyms,sentence completion,reading comprehension.
2)Aptitude section,the most important 1....it contained 30 questions(30 min).refer previous question papers..its more than enough.
3)Critical reasoning.this is the last section..30 min..byheart BARRON'S 12th edition..u will get same questions..cent% sure.. INTERVIEW:
Immediately after getting thro the test,i was asked to attend the interview...i faced mostly tech questions..but only the basics of electronics..i was asked to write programs on C++....just go thro some simple programs..HR questions hv been quiet easy....only thing u shud need confidence and express urself frankly nd make open replies.. sample HR q's:tell me abt urself
is relocation a problem 4 u?
can u work night shifts?
y u prefer software?
u took computer science branch in +2..then y did u choose electronics stream?
have u done any computer language course? Tech q's: WORKING OF BRIDGE RECTIFIER,RC coupled amplifier,,working of mobile phone,capacitor,uses of capacitor,uses of relays,depletion region in transistor....then abt project...get thorough with tat.... ALL THE BEST.."confidence is the mantra to get thro interwiew....."
