Hello friends,
I got selected in Syntel on 24th dec 2007.Let me share my experience with Syntel Recruitment with you people.
Criteria---
1. SSC 60%
2. HSC 60%
3. Engg. Aggregate upto prev. semister 60%
There were 3 rounds
1.general aptitude,
2.Tech.Interview
3. personal interview
Aptitude pattern was pretty simple containing 3 sections such as English verbal), maths, logical reasoning
each section is having cut-off criteria...................U should break the Aptitude....it is most eliminating round for Syntel
I cracked the apti quite successfully with good scoreThen There was combined HR and Technical interview ..
For computer sci. engg. technical questions were based on JAva and Database and somewhat C++
HR interview was the key.. U should have good command on english...Extra ordinary english is not so required. But atleast u should express urself with good positive expression... please avoid aggresive nature and body language foe GOD say
Many HR and Technical questions are tricky.. so u should cope up witth that neatly Give respect to HR person as ur a first duty..
For computer engg. student please do hard study for Java and C++ and bit of C knowledge (key terms) is also necessary..
